Rencons has been awarded a contract for construction of a new shopping mall in Moscow.

The Polezhaevsky shopping mall is being built next to Khoroshevskoye Shosse on a 24,705 sq m plot. It will have five levels for shopping and entertainment zones and a two-level underground parking lot for 777 vehicles. The gross building area will amount to 112,700 sq m. The gross leasable area is estimated to be 52,110 sq m.

The works started in late April 2014 and shall be completed in November 2015.
