Opening of the New Ministry Buildings in Ashgabat
The grand opening ceremony of new ministry buildings constructed by Turkmen division of Rencons was held on the 15th of October, 2013 in Ashgabat.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the President of Turkmenistan, attended the opening ceremony, and during his visit to one of the new buildings he met with Huseyin Avni Akvardar, President of Rencons Russia and CIS, and Koray Gürman, General Director of Rönesans Türkmen.
The President of Turkmenistan noted the considerable contribution of Rencons Holding to the development of the national economy and implementation of the urban planning program. The participants of the meeting discussed the results of jointly performed projects and the prospects for future cooperation.
Rencons has successfully carried out three significant projects with a total area of more than 52,000 sq m: administrative buildings for the Ministry of Automobile Transport of Turkmenistan for 200 employees, for the Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan for 270 employees, and for the Industrial Complex of Turkmenistan for 186 employees. Landscaping of the adjacent territory was completed as part of each project.
All the three facilities are located in one of the main city avenues and represent 15-storey luxurious buildings equipped according to the latest world standards. The unique architecture of the buildings is based on the combination of modern architecture with national design and traditions. The facades of the three buildings are faced with white Italian marble in line with “the White City – Ashgabat” general concept.
