In December 2013, Rencons started implementation of a new project under a turnkey contract, the Novosibirsk Gallery mall.

The Novosibirsk Gallery mall is a multifunctional shopping and entertainment complex located in downtown Novosibirsk, at the intersection of Michurin Street, Gogol Street, Lermontov Street, and Kamenskaya Street. The area enjoys an easy transport and pedestrian accessibility to the nearest underground stations. The catchment area of the shopping mall accommodates the needs of around 718,000 people, or nearly 50% of the city’s population.

The six-storey building will accommodate a supermarket, shops, warehouses, cafes, restaurants, food courts, a multiplex, and a covered parking lot.

The total area of the project amounts 135,576 sq m. The leasable area is 53,577 sq m.

The project is scheduled to be completed within 12 months.
