On October 25th, 2014, a grand opening of the Europolis shopping center took place. The Europolis with its total area of 141,700 sq m is the largest retail facility of its kind to open in St. Petersburg for the past two years

The Europolis has a gross leasable area of 60,000 sq m. The shopping mall hosts over 160 stores, recreation and entertainment zones, restaurants, a food court, the Angry Birds Activity Park (opening in Q2 2015), as well as all necessary infrastructure for comfortable shopping. 

The entertainment programme took place on four stages. The famous Russian TV star Ivan Urgant hosted the show on the main stage. The visitors enjoyed artistic performances, competitions, workshops, interactive lectures, and grandiose fireworks. The high point of the evening was Dima Bilan’s concert on the main stage. 

The Europolis is a flagship project of FORTGROUP (a development and investment company based in St. Petersburg). Rencons was the general contractor and completed the project within 24 months. Rencons provided a full range of works and services for the project.
