Rencons was a general contractor for construction of “Horosho!” Mall located in the Northern Administrative District of Moscow at the intersection of Khoroshevskoye highway and 4-th Magistralnaya Str., 50 m from “Polezhaevskaya” metro station. Within the radius of 500 meters from the project one can easily find 39 different transport routes.

The Shopping Mall at “Polezhaevskaya” is designed in the style of high-tech architecture with abundance of glass and metal. The unusual design of the façade with expressive smooth lines and panoramic windows draws attention to the mall. The project has five levels for shopping and entertainment zones and a two-level underground parking lot for 800 vehicles. The gross building area amounts to 112,700 m². The gross leasable area is estimated to be 56,000 m².
