In April 2019 Rencons company has been awarded the status of a General Contractor for construction of “Planeta” Shopping and Entertainment Center.

In August 2017, near that shopping mall area there was constructed a new roundabout interchange, which secured a quick non-stop access to the territory.

The Project gross area will amount to more than 150,000 m2 and the gross leasable area to 83,000 m2. The Shopping and Entertainment Center is planned to host more than 180 retail units of popular brands, a supermarket, cafés and restaurants. The parking lot is designed for 3,500 car places.
