The seven-storey Galeria shopping center was built on a 30,000 m² plot on Ligovsky Avenue in St. Petersburg. Over a short period of time, Galeria has become one of the most famous buildings in Russia’s second largest city.

The Galeria shopping center contains 240 stores, a multiplex with ten halls, a bowling alley, a food court, restaurants, a supermarket, and a children’s playground.

The covered parking lot has a capacity of 1,300 vehicles. Rencons implemented this turnkey project, including all the design works, shop drawings, construction works, electrical and mechanical systems, infrastructure systems, strengthening works for surrounding buildings, peripheral roads, and landscape areas. Rencons also received all required permits and approvals within its scope of work.
