Trinity Place
Rencons is the general contractor for the Trinity Place multifunctional complex in St. Petersburg. The Trinity Place complex is a new Class A business center occupying an area of 7,426 sq m. The building is comprised of ten levels (30,294 sq m), including one underground level (6,358 sq m). The complex will provide 94 parking spaces. Rencons is responsible for core and shell construction.
