Comcity is an “A” class office park in the south-west of Moscow. The first stage of construction – “Alpha” phase – has been completed in 2014.

The “Bravo” phase of Comcity Office park will include two office buildings with the aggregate leasable area of 61,000 sqm, a shopping mall, underground and above-ground parkings, a 150-room Novotel hotel to be operated by AccorHotelsinternational hotel network operator. The second phase commissioning is planned for the second half of 2022.
