In October 2013, Rencons was appointed as the general contractor for construction of a new shopping and entertainment center at the Slavyansky Bulvar metro station in Moscow.

The shopping and entertainment center is being constructed on a 2.6-hectare plot on Kutuzovsky Avenue. The total building area will amount to 140,000 sq m. The leasable area is estimated to be 60,000 sq m.

The shopping center will accommodate over 200 shops, a supermarket, an e-store, kids shops, sports shops, cafes, restaurants, and a movie theater. The parking lot will provide 1,100 parking spaces.

The completion and commissioning of the shopping center are scheduled for Q3 2015.
