Rencons is strengthening its presence in Kazakhstan. Rencons has been awarded a commercial real estate project in the capital city of Kazakhstan, Astana.

The Talan Towers are a prestigious multifunctional complex that will accommodate offices, residential areas and a high class hotel. Rencons is responsible for structural works.

The Talan Towers project will consist of a three-storey retail podium, uniting two towers that will be 28 and 25 storeys high. The first tower will be a Class A+ office building (150 m tall), the second tower (130 m tall) will accommodate a hotel and serviced apartments and will be operated by the Ritz Carlton Astana. The two basement levels will be used for an underground parking lot.

The gross building area of the project is 135,000 sq m. The duration of the first phase is 13 months. The project is scheduled for completion in April 2015.
