Comcity is an “A” class office park in the south-west of Moscow. The first stage of construction – “Alpha” phase – has been completed in 2014.

The second phase of the project, the “Bravo” phase, includes construction of two office buildings and a 4 * hotel, total area is 103,000 sq. m. Leasable area of two office buildings is 61,000 sq. m. Also, the office park includes a shopping gallery, underground and above-ground parking.
