Rencons is a general contractor of Vodny Multifunctional Complex located in the North-West of Moscow.

The complex consists of office tower, shopping mall and parking lot. Office area forms part of the 28-floor building with total area of 61,570 sq.m., it meets the international standards of a Class A building. The shopping center with total area of 50,000 sq. m. has accommodated 120 shops and a restaurant area. There are 455 underground parking spaces and 750 external car parking spaces available for the offices users. The complex is nearby five high-rise residential towers being constructed by Rencons, too.
