The Oceania shopping and entertainment center was constructed on a 2.6-hectare plot on Kutuzovsky Avenue in Moscow. The total building area amounts to 137,000 sq m. The leasable area is estimated to be 60,000 sq m.

The shopping center accommodates over 300 shops, a supermarket, an e-store, kids shops, sports shops, cafes, restaurants, and a movie theater. The parking lot will provide 1,100 parking spaces.

Opening ceremony was held on October, 15, 2016

Rencons completed structural concrete and steel construction works proceeding with interior finishing works, engineering system network installation, vertical transportation equipment installations, façade installation and roof insulation works.
