Within the scope of works on construction of the cement plant with a clinker production of 6,000 tonnes per day, Rencons was responsible for reinforced concrete works, including post-tensioning works, installation of steelwork and equipment, architectural design, electromechanical works, and provision of infrastructural facilities.

In 2011, Rencons, a leader in construction of cement plants in Russia and Ukraine, was chosen as the general contractor of Novoroscement which is the oldest cement plant and cement exporter in Russia.
