In February 2021, Rencons signed a contract for the construction of a new building for JetBrains, one of the world’s leading software companies. The 54-meter-high building in the Primorsky District of St. Petersburg is planned to be built and integrated with the two existing buildings of the JetBrains campus. The project will allow the company to double its office space and create 1,000 new workspaces.

Contract period: February 2021 – February 2023
Total construction area: 41,199 m2
Works under the contract include the development of working documentation, construction of an administrative building with an attached technical block, landscaping.
