The plant has an annual production of 100,000 vehicles. It includes a paint shop, a press shop, a body shop, an assembly shop, and a parts warehouse. Pits of a high load-bearing capacity are designed with a depth of eight meters for placing Hyundai’s process equipment. The pits, 36-meter-long roof trusses, and process equipment supplies are the construction phase highlights. Rencons implemented this design-build contract, including all design works, shop drawings, construction works, electrical and mechanical systems, infrastructure systems for the production building, including a press shop, a body shop, an assembly shop, a storage building, and for the paint shop.
