“City on the river Tushino 2018” is a new outstanding project of integrated urban development located in the North-West of Moscow, Russia.

160 ha of the project area accommodate residential and business complexes, sports and leisure facilities.

Rencons was chosen as a general contractor for construction of residential buildings with the total area of 230,000 sq.m. All of the residential blocks were constructed with use of the latest technologies and safe materials and meet high energy efficiency standards. Suspended facades contribute to buildings’ comfort microclimate, sound insulation and fire resistance. The first floors accommodate commercial properties, while the underground ones are designed as parking lots.
