The Aura is the largest shopping mall in Novosibirsk’s city center. The Aura shopping center in Novosibirsk is the first Aura brand mall project implemented by Rencons Development. The gross leasable area of the shopping center is over 61,000 m². The Aura shopping center offers retail and entertainment facilities (including a cinema and an entertainment zone) and comprises 201 stores. The car park has a capacity of 2,000 vehicles.

The catchment area comprises nearly 800,000 people, representing more than half of the city’s population. The design was developed with the participation of international design firms 5+Design and C-Concept. The design is based on three separate atrium concepts named Sky Court, Water Court, and Crystal Court. The most interesting sections of the six-storey building are its dome-shaped lights, color glass facade, and the canopy over the main entrance.

In 2012, the Aura in Novosibirsk became Russia’s Best Large Shopping Centre at the CRE Federal Awards
