The Iyun (June) is a four-storey shopping center developed on a 44,600 sq.m. plot in Moscow. The Iyun mall has a hypermarket, a DIY store, a movie theater complex, a bowling hall, and approximately 200 other stores. In addition, there is an ice rink, a food court, restaurants, playgrounds, and a 48,600 sq.m. covered parking lot.
Rencons carried out this turnkey project, including all the design works, shop drawings, construction works, electrical and mechanical systems, infrastructure systems, peripheral roads, and landscape areas.
