In 2014 Rencons signed an agreement with the Bridgestone Tyre Manufacturing Company for the construction of plan in Ulyanovsk .
On September 3, 2016, the grand opening of the first Russian plant of the Japanese corporation Bridgestone took place. The initial production capacity of the plant is
2,000,000 tires per year, with the possibility increase to 4,000,000.
