In 2014 Rencons was awarded a contract for construction of a multifunctional complex in the capital city of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan (Astana).

The Talan Towers are a prestigious premium class complex that accommodates offices, residential apartments and a five-star hotel. Rencons was responsible for the general civil works.

The Talan Towers project consists of two different height towers (30 and 26 floors) inter-connected by a three-level stylobate part, which accommodates shopping areas.   The first tower is a Class A+ office building (150 m tall), the second tower (130 m tall) accommodates a hotel and serviced apartments operated by the Ritz Carlton Astana. The two basement levels are used for an underground parking lot.

The gross building area of the project is 120 000 m².
