Rencons is the general contractor for the construction of a new social complex, called “Riviera”, which will be complete with retail and warehouse facilities.

The Riviera complex will appear on Avtozavodskaya Street in Moscow. The complex will include a hypermarket, various retail shops, restaurants, cafes, administrative offices, auxiliary areas, a multiplex, and a partially underground three-level parking lot. The gross building area of the project is 300,000 sq m.

The contracted construction started early in August 2014 and is scheduled for completion in November 2015.
