Rencons has become a general contractor for construction of a high-rise iCity business center in the territory of “Moscow City” International Business Center. 

iСity is comprised of two up to 257 meter high office towers with different number of floors (34 and 61) placed on a common 8-storeyed podium, which will accommodate a fitness center, food hall, cafés and restaurants, shops, waiting areas and a parking. Under this project a co-working space of 10,000 sq. m will be created. The iCity’s office part area will amount to 141,000 sq. m with the retail zone to occupy almost 10,000 sq. m.

The project construction is to be carried out in compliance with LEED, BREEAM, ASHRAE (The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) standards.

iCity will be realized as a digital platform: the business center buildings will be capable of regulating the resources consumption and provide the business processes-related assistance to the residents.  The business center is to be constructed within the term of 2020-2023. Investments into the project will amount to 20 bln. rubles.
