Rencons has been appointed as the general contractor for the Comcity project in Russia.

The Comcity is one of the biggest and most prestigious Class A+ multipurpose business complexes in Moscow. It occupies a 45-hectare plot; the total leasable area will amount to 430,000 sq m. The project consists of four phases. Phase 1 comprises an area of 196,000 sq m. It includes four blocks of office buildings (105,000 sq m), an underground shopping and leisure center (17,000 sq m), a fitness center, several banks, restaurants, a hotel complex, and a kindergarten. The underground parking lot will have an area of around 50,000 sq m.

The extensive experience in construction of large-scale office complexes in Russia gained by Rencons during its 20 years of operation secures successful implementation of the project.
