MR Group Company made an announcement about selection of a general contractor for the first phase construction of the premium class apartment complex SLAVA, which will be built in the center of Moscow within 5 minutes walking distance from “Belorusskaya” metro station. That function will be undertaken by Rencons.

SLAVA is a premium class apartment complex on Leningradskiy prospect. The 1-st phase of the complex construction will include three buildings of different height (8-17 storeys) with the gross construction area of that phase amounting to 58 350 sqm.

The architectural concept of the complex has been developed by the British bureau Dyer with MR Group being the project developer, Sberbank – a financial partner and PROGOROD (member of VEB.RF Group) – a managing partner.
