In December 2016 grand opening of a new shopping and entertainment center Galleria Minsk and the first in the Republic of Belarus hotel DoubleTree by Hilton was held in Minsk.

The leasable area of the shopping center is 36,000 m2. It has about 200 shops, restaurants, cafés. DoubleTree by Hilton hotel is a 21-storey building with 193 rooms. On the 21-st floor of the hotel there is a lounge bar “Bar:Dot XX1“ – the first premium class bar in Belarus.

The five-level parking of the multifunctional complex is designed using the most modern engineering technologies in consultations with a doctor of sciences from Germany. A distinctive architectural solution for the parking is the use of a “no columns” design, which allows any driver to feel as comfortable as possible.

The total area of the parking is 27,000 m2. Rencons was the general contractor responsible for design and construction of that multifunctional complex. The gross building area of the shopping center and hotel amounts to 97,175 m2. The complex occupies a 3.5-hectare plot.
