Comcity is an “A” class office park in the south-west of Moscow. The first stage of construction – “Alpha” phase – has been completed in 2014.

The “Bravo” phase of Comcity Office park will include two office buildings with the aggregate leasable area of 61,000 m2, a shopping mall, underground and above-ground parkings, a 150-room Novotel hotel to be operated by Accor Hotels International hotel network operator. The second phase commissioning is planned for the second half of 2022. The total project area makes 103,000 m2.
