Rencons selected to be a General Contractor for construction of a premium class modern apartment complex SLAVA, which will be built in the center of Moscow within 5 minutes walking distance from “Belorusskaya” metro station.

SLAVA is a premium class apartment complex on Leningradskiy prospect. The 1-st phase of the complex construction will include three buildings of different height (8-17 storeys) with the gross construction area of that phase amounting to 58 350 sqm.

The architectural concept of the complex has been developed by the British bureau Dyer with MR Group being the project developer, Sberbank – a financial partner and PROGOROD (member of VEB.RF Group) – a managing partner.
