Federation Tower is located on the territory of Moscow International Business Center – “Moscow City” and represents a unique complex, where co-exist an active business life, residential premises and entertainment spaces.

Federation Tower is also a unique engineering structure, which combines a large structural volume, elegant architecture and ergonomics. The Tower design and its construction implementation account for the modern requirements for human safety in high-rise structures. The project has become the first project in Russia, where ultra-high-strength concrete technology is used.

The project consists of two different height towers – Tower East and Tower West, which share a common podium. Construction of Tower West was completed in 2008. Rencons joined the project in 2013 with its contractual scopes including the following: reinforced concrete works, mechanical and electrical works.
