The Daudel housing project was implemented in the city of Tyumen, Russia. The project consisted of 428 apartments in nine multi-storey buildings, as well as playgrounds, a covered parking lot, sports fields, and stores. Rencons was responsible for all design works, shop drawings, construction works, electrical and mechanical systems, infrastructure systems, peripheral roads, and landscape areas.
