Rencons has won the bid for construction of the Vremena Goda residential complex (buildings 2, 3, 4). Rencons is the general contractor of the project.

The Vremena Goda residential complex is a new development project undertaken by the Meridian Development Company in St. Petersburg. This company also undertook the Galeria retail and entertainment center, which was implemented by Rencons under a design-build contract in 2008–2010.

The Vremena Goda complex is being constructed on Moskovsky Avenue, within walking distance of the Frunzenskaya metro station. The total area of the complex will amount to 145,808 sq m. All the works on the project are to be completed in Q4 2015.
