“Vremena Goda” (Seasons of Year) residential complex is a part of the initiated by the Government of Saint Petersburg large-scale territory re-development project “Izmailovskaya perspectiva”, which implies turning the former industrial area into a prestigious and high-status business and residential district.

By Rencons there were constructed buildings 2, 3, 4 and 5.

The underground parking, designed for 593 car spaces, is equipped with a CCTV system.

In buildings 2-4 the parking has got natural lighting provided by glazed light boxes and is equipped with lifts elevating residents right to the floor of their home.

Envisaged by the project is a kindergarten designed for 75 children and located in the lower floors of building 4. The total number of flats:1,907.
