The project scope includes a malting plant with an annual production of 80,000 tonnes and with an area of 30,000 m², a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 9,000 m³ and with an area of 74,540 m², and a brewery with an area of 40,000 m².

The project was implemented during 2001-2006 in three phases. It includes fermentation and filtering units, compressors, cooling stations, cylindrical conical tanks, wastewater treatment plants, warehouses, railcar and truck loading ramps, silos, water tanks, infrastructural facilities, an elevator, conveyor galleries, administrative buildings, and parking areas.

Rencons implemented these turnkey projects, including all design works, shop drawings, construction works, electrical and mechanical systems, infrastructure systems, peripheral roads, and landscape areas.
