“Tsarskaya Ploshchad” is a new residential business class project in Moscow. This complex is a unique combination of a permeated with history venue, vivid architectural concept, comfort living standards and state-of-the-art engineering decisions.

In 1882 the All-Russian Industrial and Art Exhibition was held at this place, where the great achievements of the Russian Empire were presented. For the arrival of the royal family a special Royal pavilion was built, which is well preserved up to now. The pavilion became a historical dominant of the new complex and it will be carefully preserved for the residents of the district and the capital.

Rencons was chosen as a general contractor of four residential blocks that are between 9 and 21 floors high and two underground parkings.

The gross building area amounts to 315,000 m2, gross living area – 37,400 m2 and building plot – 53,500 m2.
