Rencons was a general contractor for construction of Riviera Mall. At Riviera Mall project Rencons took over a partly finished construction, had to demolish some parts of the building, to strengthen bearing parts, to add some columns and walls with the totally built additional area amounting to about 9,000 m2.

Modern, bright and dynamic, the Riviera Shopping & Entertainment Centre facade is enhanced with digital screens and lighting. The 16-meter media screen in the central hall grabs the most of attention. The leasable area is 100,000 m2. The underground parking lot is projected for 3,000 cars.
