In October 2014, a grand opening of Europolis shopping center took place. Europolis with its total area of 141,700 sq. m. is the largest retail facility of its kind to open in St. Petersburg for the past two years.

The shopping mall hosts over 160 stores, recreation and entertainment zones, restaurants, a food court, the Angry Birds Activity Park, as well as all necessary infrastructure for comfortable shopping. The shopping center has a two-level parking lot. A gross leasable area is 60,000 sq. m.

Rencons was the general contractor and completed the project within 24 months. It provided a full range of works and services for the project, including design, facade works, interior works, mechanical and electrical works.
