November, 28, 2014 Avia Park – Europe’s largest shopping and entertainment complex – located in Moscow opened its doors for customers. Rencons is a general contractor of this gigantic project with total area of 464,696 m2 and delivered it in extremely short period of time – 2 years.

Avia Park has all the latest entertainment facilities, including Russia’s largest multiplex cinema, restaurants, a food court, a hypermarket, sports and furniture stores, and over 550 other stores providing exceptional shopping opportunities in new quality retail areas. The world’s highest cylinder shaped aquarium (23 m) is installed in the central atrium and imitates the Red Sea. One can enjoy its magnificent views from any of the four floors. Rencons’s scope of work included design, execution and completion of the fully operational, functional and fully-equipped shopping mall and offices complying with all the client’s requirements, along with appropriate tests.
