May 22, 2015 President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev paid a visit to the construction site of The Talan Towers, one of Rencons’s projects in Astana.

Rencons is implementing the first “green” building in Kazakhstan, using energy-saving technologies, making it compliant with LEED standards. The project developer is Astana Property Management Company, a member of Verny Capital group of companies. Rencons is responsible for structural works and MEP works. During the visit Mr. President got acquainted with the project development process and talked to the frontline staff.

The Talan Towers project consists of a three-storey podium building, uniting two towers that will be 28 and 31 floor high. The first tower is a Class A+ office building (150 m tall), the second tower (120 m tall) will accommodate a hotel and serviced apartments and will be operated by the Ritz Carlton Astana. The gross building area of the project is 135,000 sq m. Total volume of investments in the project – over 300 million dollars.
