Rencons is constructing a new logistics complex in Radumlya village of the Moscow Region.

The Radumlya logistics park will have a dry-storage facility and warehouses with a cross-docking system. The project stipulates the possibility of customizing the warehouses to tenants’ specifications and requirements, for instance, built-to-suit warehouses with different temperature regimes, hazardous goods warehouses, etc.

The gross building area of the logistics complex will total to 162,504 sq. m.

Rencons is carrying works under a turnkey contract. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2014.
