This project is the reconstruction of the 200-year-old Kazan State University located in Kazan, Russia.

Rencons performed restoration and landscaping works on and around the main building of the university, the Department of Astronomy, physics laboratories, the Department of Mechanical Engineering, and the Geometry Department. Additionally, the Music and Philology Departments of the Kazan State Pedagogical University were reconstructed.

Rencons carried out the reconstruction of the facades, windows, doors, floors, and the existing architectural details of the 200-yearold university and departments in compliance with the historical fabric of the building and as per the approvals of the Committee for the Preservation of the Cultural Heritage in Moscow.

Rencons implemented this turnkey project, including all design works, shop drawings, construction works, electrical and mechanical systems, infrastructure systems, peripheral roads, and landscape areas.
