In May 2013, Rencons started work on the second phase of the Vodny multifunctional complex project in Moscow. The project is a part of 358,193 sq m multifunctional complex which includes a business center, a shopping mall and high-rise residential towers with underground parking areas. The business center and the shopping mall constitute the first phase of the project.

The second phase of the project is being implemented on a 2.39-hectare plot nearby the Vodny Stadion metro station.

The second phase consists of five high-rise residential towers, three levels of the underground parking lot, shops, and a landscaped public area. There are 1,496 apartment units and 1,418 parking spaces.

The gross building area of the second phase is 196,346 sq m.

Rencons is providing turnkey construction services for the project that is to be completed within 26 months.
