Rencons has started a new project in the commercial real estate segment. ‘Planeta’ is the name of a new retail and entertainment center with a parking lot, which will appear in Novokuznetsk, Russia. Rencons is the general contractor of the project.

The project comprises a hypermarket, a shopping gallery, a multiplex, an entertainment area, and a food court. The new shopping center is intended for customers arriving in vehicles. For this purpose, the project stipulates an enclosed parking lot for 1,023 parking spaces and an open-air parking lot for 2,029 parking spaces.

The gross building area of the project amounts to 160,730 sq. m.
