Rencons Fontanka “A” class business center was built on Vvedenskiy Channel in the center of St.Petersburg, Russia.  Rencons Development was responsible for the project development, while Rencons was a general contractor.

Since the office center was built in the historic center of St.Petersburg, the location played a considerable role in exterior design that includes materials and decor elements traditional for this city.

Rencons Fontanka is equipped with high-tech building management systems and the building will meet LEED Green Building Certificate requirements. The 4-floor building includes 2,960 m2 of leasible area.
