Neva Towers is the largest investment project of Rencons Holding and its business units, which will enrich the company’s experience in construction of high-rise and residential buildings. Rencons Development acts as one of the investors of that high-scale project, while Rencons is a general contractor.

Neva Towers, being a multifunctional office complex, is located on a 2.41-hectare land plot and is comprised of two skyscrapers. One tower is intended to become a residential property (79 floors), while the second tower, beside the residential apartments, will accommodate offices and other facilities (69 floors). The towers will reach a height of 345 m and 302 m. The gross building area of the project is 357,000 m2. The parking lot is designed for a capacity of at least 2,040 car spaces.

The project completion is scheduled for December 2020.
