Rencons carried out this turnkey project, including all the design works, shop drawings, construction works, electrical and mechanical systems, infrastructure systems, peripheral roads, and landscape areas. The first phase included a production building, customs offices, a security building, a car-testing track, a container field within an exterior area of 72,000 m², and the main entrance. All relevant infrastructure and peripheral roads were constructed in this phase. The second phase included a 52,600 m² assembly workshop, a 20,550 m² paint shop, a 33,700 m² body shop, as well as office spaces, conveyor bridges and service buildings. In addition, there are asphalt fields, a container field and a green landscape within an exterior area of 239,000 m².
