In April 2019 “Rencons” company has been awarded the status of a General Contractor for construction of “Planeta” Shopping and Entertainment Center.

The Project gross area will amount to more than 150 thd. sqm. and the gross leasable area to 83 thd. sqm. The Shopping and Entertainment Center is planned to host more than 180 retail units of popular brands, a supermarket, cafés and restaurants. The parking lot is designed for 3500 car places.

Opening of the Center is scheduled for the end of 2020. “Rencons” company has already realized several projects in Perm Region, including a plant for KNAUF Corporation and “Colosseum Atrium” Shopping Mall in Kungur, as well as “Colosseum Cinema” Shopping Mall in Perm
