Rencons is starting construction of a new multifunctional complex in Moscow. The Fili Grad complex will appear within the area of the planned “Big City” of Moscow, in the vicinity of the Moskva River and the Moscow International Business Center. The nearest subway station, Fili, is just a 15-minute walk away from the complex.

Rencons is the general contractor of the project, which has a gross building area of approx. 200,000 sq m. The project stipulates construction of four residential buildings with a shared courtyard. The project is scheduled for completion in July 2015.
