Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri (RET) will participate in construction of a vacuum gasoil (VGO) deep conversion complex within the framework of modernization of the Volgograd Refinery. The construction will take place on the site of the project investor, OOO LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka.
Under the contract signed on 28 July 2013, RET is to carry out construction and assembly works for a combined sulphur production unit and hydrogen production facilities. RET is to complete the works within 26 months. The commissioning of the new complex will allow the Volgograd Refinery to increase the output of Euro-5 diesel fuel by 1.8 million tonnes per year.
