Rencons Pravda is the first office building in Russia to receive LEED Gold certification

The Rencons Pravda Business Center has become the first office building in Russia to receive LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

In addition to this, the project won three prestigious awards at the International Property Awards ceremony held on September 24th, 2013, in London. The building was selected as the best office development project in Russia and the best commercial renovation/redevelopment project both in Russia and in Europe.

The Rencons Pravda Class A business center is the sixth real estate project implemented by Rencons Development in St. Petersburg. Rencons provided turnkey construction of the facility and used cutting-edge technologies to ensure full compliance with green standards and LEED requirements.

The office building is located in the heart of St. Petersburg, on Khersonskaya Street, within walking distance of the Ploshchad Aleksandra Nevskovo metro station. A distinctive feature of the project is its unique architecture; a new modern façade is a harmonious continuation of the historical one. The interior reflects the classical atmosphere of St. Petersburg; some balconies and street lights are placed in an impressive four-storey atrium. The atrium provides elegant business space for maximum comfort and high performance of its patrons.

The Rencons Pravda is designed to offer comfort and flexibility to its tenants, enabling them to plan their office space in accordance with their wishes and requirements.
